BY TRANSFORMING COMMUNITIES ACROSS INDIANA
Community transformation is accomplished one life at a time. At Renewing Management, we don't just rent apartments, but activate and support the beauty and gifts of people – abilities that are already present in the communities we operate. Rather than see income streams when we look at apartments, we see streams of healing for our residents. Healing that comes through love and dignity.
We look at each facet of our communities, from the workmanship of our remodeling to the consistent, dedicated care of each team member as a reflection of renewing hope, all built on relationships. We desire each Renewing Management Community to be a beacon of light living beyond our time. Our employees, residents, and the community around us matter deeply because hope restored occurs only with the engagement of all.
When Eastway Court installed community gardens a few years ago, there was no doubt who should be honored in their name. “Wanda’s Gardens” is a tribute to 84-year-old Wanda Horn, who has faithfully cared for her beloved residents of Eastway Court for more than 40 years.
Room to Grow
Gina Weir was at the end of her rope. She was a single mother of three young children, working two jobs and still not making ends meet. She had recently lost her much-loved mother and was battling alcohol abuse. “Renewing Management changed my life for the better,” she says.
WHAT OUR RESIDENTS THINK
"Building relationships & life long friendships with my neighbors is what I enjoy about our community."
"We love the joy of getting to know our neighbors and developing unity."
MARTA & DANIEL P.
“I really love living here, especially the maintenance and the office staff, because everyone is so friendly. We’re close to shopping, grocery stores, doctors and hospitals.”
"I moved here years ago to be near work. I stayed because I have always been treated so kindly. "
"Having direct access to the park is so nice. I just moved from my family home of 21 years and had concerns of feeling at home in an apartment. This has been a wonderful experience for me."
We have loved all of the new changes that have been made here especially the dog park. We have a black lab and the new dog park has given him so much room to play. We are so grateful!

Estuary Indy is a beautiful, historic property, formerly a church, built in 1911. On the Old Northside of Indianapolis, Estuary Indy will eventually house both apartments and a space for community use. The property, with its Arts & Crafts architecture, original stained glass windows and lovely garden, is still being refurbished.
Formerly the site of the Alexian Brothers Novitiate in Gresham, Wisconsin, our 180-acres sit directly on the Freeborn Falls of the Red River. Renewing Management is reimagining the entire Gresham Novitiate property, including the 35-room 1939 Georgian-style limestone mansion that has been vacant since 1975.
