Renewing Management humbly began in 2003 with a home equity line of credit and a double- wide trailer.
Since then we’ve expanded to nearly 5,000+ units all around the state of Indiana. HEALTH PLANS
We offer comprehensive health, dental and vision plans with supplemental
coverage options. Renewing pays more than 70% of premiums for most health plans.
RETIREMENT
We help employees build long-term financial security by contributing 4% of eligible earnings to a retirement plan— whether they contribute or not.
PAID TIME OFF
Time away from work is essential to well-being! Renewing offers a minimum of 12 days PTO, 10 paid holidays, employees' own birthday off, and a floating holiday each year. They earn additional PTO with longevity and enjoy extra perks like half-day Fridays, when goals are met.
RENT DISCOUNT
Eligible employees receive a 50-100%
discount on base rent at a Renewing
Management property, making it easier to live in the communities they help support.
ADDITIONAL COVERAGES
Supplemental options include life insurance, disability, critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity coverage. We offer confidential counseling with direct-billing so employees can get the mental and emotional help they need.
SUPPORTING OUR PEOPLE
We invest in growth through education reimbursement for approved courses and degree programs. Our Career Pathway Program helps employees advance to the next level or move into a role that aligns with their goals and interests. In addition, ongoing development is supported through annual in-person training and our online learning platform, Renewing U, providing continuous opportunities to build skills and abilities.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM
Our trained, competent property managers are the first impression of our company and steward potential residents through each step of the housing process. From personalized tours to knowledgeable and considerate customer service, our mangers endeavor to retain our residents for years to come with their kind, thorough care.
MAINTENANCE TEAM
The on-site maintenance teams are really the backbone of property management. They ensure our homes are prepared for move-in and receive on-going care. Knowing home is a sacred space, this skilled team is available 24/7 for service. We time stamp each work order so repairs are timely and adhere to the highest standards of customer service.
CORPORATE TEAM
The corporate team provide vital support to both our internal and external partners. From Accounting to Human Resources, we make sure our vendors and employees are taken care of with the highest level of excellence and professionalism.
