SECOND CHANCES
Renewing Management believes in second chances! We hire out of incarceration and actively support the re-entry program of our sister company, Volumod. This program helps returning citizens find new life after prison by giving participants a job, new work abilities, life skills and one-on-one mentoring. In addition to learning skills in the construction trades, participants focus on character development. Find out more information here.
